Follow Your Heart To Get Your Ex Back

This might sound like a stupid questions but are you sure that you really love your ex boyfriend? Do you love him or do you just want to get him back? Find out the truth before you move forward with your plans to win him over.

You are sure that you are still in love with your ex boyfriend. You want him back in your life every day. You want to talk to him when good things happen in your life and when bad things happen but do you truly love him?

Wanting to get the approval or support of your friends or family might weigh heavy on your mind. After all, they might have your best interests at heart. They have seen how you've been hurt. They might not like your ex or they might simply think that moving on and finding someone new is the easiest solution given that you're broken up at the moment.

Keep in mind that when you finally do make that decision to try to get back together with your ex you might want to keep it to yourself. If you're not going to get support from your friends or family then it's often better to keep your decision to yourself. It's sometimes better to have no support than to have people around you reminding you of the pain that you went through and all the reasons why your ex wasn't the right one for you.

Sometimes by simply loving someone we can actually attract them back into our life in a way that no amount of convincing or talking ever could. By just loving your ex boyfriend you can have peace about your feelings because they don't require any validation or reciprocation. By loving your boyfriend in your heart and wanting the best for him, even if that means him not being with you for a period of time because your emotions and desires to posess him scared him away, can bring him back. By backing off and just loving him you can bring him back.

Acting crazy and worrying and being depressed isn't going to win her over. Being funny, cool and knowing in your heart that she will fall in love with you again will get her back.

Try these exercises for a week or two and see if you notice any changes in your boyfriend. In addition, spend some time thinking about loving him selflessly. Try to love him without thinking about yourself or your needs and see if there is a change in you. You very well might lose the anxiety and stress and depression often associated with a breakup and you might find that he starts showing you a little more attention.
