Fostering good relationships with various stakeholders. May it be her coworkers in the company or the clients that they are dealing with, being able to maintain a positive professional relationship with everyone is necessary. Its good for business.

There are individuals who are naturally skilled when it comes to facing different personalities. But no matter how good they are, they should still continually train and practice.
