They may think that coming to see them once a week is not enough and going home could interrupt things. Making sure they stick with certain ideas they have learned will help by giving them tasks and homework.

Dealing with the mind and the way you see yourself can be dealt with in a positive manner. This especially applies to people who don't see themselves as they would like. One has to look at self affirmation and change the negative self talk around so that the client starts to believe that they are wonderful.

This is the vital step, which a lot of people forget about. Often word of mouth works really well. In saying that, a therapist like this is not as popular so not many people will know of one, but you can always contact a religious organization that you are part of. One also has to know that this is more of a spiritual aspect than of any religion.
