Now a very common problem that a lot of employees would have would be smoking and most companies would do their part in helping solve that problem. Now if one has done his homework and knows exactly what he must do, then he must write a sequence of events. In order to do this, one has to first create a list of activities that will happen during the event and then create a schedule out of that. Of course the proposal would have to contain a time frame that the team can follow.
Of course the last part of the proposal would be the budget for the event. Now even though the team will be collecting money from the participants to cover the event, the department must pay first. It is for this reason that there must be a budget so that the department can prepare the cash.
