Every time the coordinator recommends service, he must consider the needs and budget of the couple. The coordinator would usually ask first for the budget of the couple. This is so that they will where they should start with the preparation. Tell the coordinator that kind of event that you would like to take place. Hotel reservations, church bookings, etc should be made early on.
