Logistics. When things go wrong people often call it a logistical nightmare. To avoid this from happening, concentrated attention must be given to it. Prepare for the unexpected. Always have a backup plan for things that can happen unexpectedly. Sometimes people take things for granted and cannot anticipate what would have been a controlled circumstance. But there are just things that people have no control of. Things like inclement weather, power outages, food, and drink shortages are few examples. Contingency planning has interventions in place if ever these will occur.
