On the other hand disability hate speech is defined as that which discriminates people who are incapacitated. Individuals with inabilities in some way have a way of passing information to others members though they get discriminated by the members from the able society.

Every company whether owned by government or private sectors should reserve some chances for the disabled in their company employments. This will make every speaker to moderate his/her language and choice of words thus makes the relation of their employees concrete.
