Dealing With Your Emotions After Your Breakup

By Anne Wyatt

So you've met the perfect girl. She's everything that you've ever dreamed of and she's come out of nowhere. She's beautiful and clever and a lot of fun to be around. You think that you really might have found someone that you want to have a quality relationship with.

It's frustrating when you find someone that you like or even love and he doesn't feel the same way. There probably is nothing wrong with you. It's simply a matter of attraction and understanding that men feel attracted to women for some very strange reasons. Beyond physical attraction, a man will fall in love with a woman, or you, because of some emotions that he will feel when he's around you. If you can recreate these emotions then a man will feel attraction and eventually love no matter what you look like or what your social status is.

While it might be impossible to go over every error that you might make with this remarkable lady, there are several common mistakes that we guys make when we find someone really awesome. Avoid these two big mistakes and you should be fine.

First, stop trying to analyze everything. Stop trying to make all of this more complicated than it needs to be. Think of her just like you would any other woman. She's not perfect and she is bound to have some flaws. If you wind up putting her up on a pedastal and kissing her feet she's going to lose respect for you and you're going to start to give off a creepy vibe.

Yes, women can tell when a guy is just a little too into her and it freaks them out. Most of us are pretty damaged. All of us have some baggage and deep down inside our hearts we all see our own flaws. When someone makes a huge deal out of us it sends a message that there is something wrong with the other person. Women are even more in tune with this and without a word they can sense when you feel this way. Keep your head and keep your cool. Remember, she uses the toilet just like everyone else. She might be really cool but be sure that she is flawed in one way or another. In time, you will love those flaws too but for right now, she's not going to show you those flaws.

Secondly, do your best to trust her and avoid jealousy and insecurity at all costs. Questions about guy friends, ex boyfriends, where she was or how she feels about you will destroy her opinion of you pretty quickly. Even if you know for a fact that she's seeing another guy or if one of your buddies is interested in her also, play it cool and don't even hint that you're jealous or worried about a thing.

If you feel jealousy or insecurity creeping into your mind, remind yourself that you don't own her. Even if you were to be dating her and you both were in love, you don't own her. Even if you have caught her in a lie, be the better man and don't call her out on it. There's nothing worse than thinking that you've caught someone in a lie only to find out that you have your intel wrong. If she's spending time with you then it's for a reason. If she's chatting you up then it's for a reason. Be happy about it and if you have a hard time curbing these emotions then you need to remove yourself from the situation for a few moment while you get your head screwed back on. She will sense jealousy and insecurity also.

Be different and stand out from the crowd by being yourself while understanding that a man needs to feel certain emotions to fall in love. Be understanding of what he needs and you will find that he becomes magnetically attracted to you very quickly. Every man wants and needs a woman in his life that can make him feel true love. You can be that woman. The benefits are apparent in a strong, healthy relationship based upon mutual attraction and respect. If you have found that perfect guy or you're already in a relationship with a guy that seems to be slipping away from you, try some of these tricks for making him love you. You won't be sorry.
